Kindhearted and sweet-tempered, she is thrilled to go on walks and exhibits excellent leash manners. Meeting new friends is a must, and Penelope prefers to hug her new human friends so they will feel loved. Don’t be surprised if Penelope suddenly flops over onto her back for a belly rub in the middle of a walk! That’s just the kind of lighthearted ray of sunshine she is. In playgroups, Penelope immediately makes new dog furriends and is just as willing to stay with her people and make sure you don’t get into any trouble.
